Question:

1. Does buying ISK/PLEX (or any other virtul asset) for real money violate the game EULA?



Answer:

Yes, as in most MMOs, buying any virtual good for real money from third parties constitutes a break of EULA, and if caught may lead to sanction from CCP. Only the official game website and official resellers is legal within the game rules.




Question:

2. How are the transactions safe? What do you do to minimize the risk of the buyers?



Answer:

We do our best to avoid penalties on buyers, since obviously leaving the customers unhappy wouldn't be a good strategy for any sort of business. Plus, since we have always a lot of ISK in stock, if caught, we would lose much more money than any of our customers. Therefore, it only makes sense that we try to minimize the risk as much as we can for both parties. We do resell ISK and PLEX, some other resellers say they don’t, but you can see on their website that they do (shady right?). We opt for honesty and straightforwardness instead. However, we do our best to avoid dealing with ISK and PLEX that was not earned legitimately, i.e. not from bots, hacked accounts and surely not from credit card frauds, since it would be a crime in the real world. (Please, do not sell to us if your ISK isn’t clean). How? We do not make direct deposits of ISK in your wallet, we give you items (such as PLEX and skillbooks) that are worth the amount of your order in ISK, so you can sell them to on one of the station market of game (in the main trade hub, Jita, but Amarr, Dodixie and Rens may be available in the future). We have 2 main methods of delivering the virtual goods/ISK/PLEX: 1 – We choose a quiet moon in Jita, tell you the location (e.g. planet VI – Moon 1), then once you arrive we jet can the items, for you to grab. This way there are no obvious links between our accounts. 2 – You join our corporation, and take the goods from a corporation hangar/division.

3. How do you farm the ISK and PLEX?



Answer:

We have several connections with nullsec corporations and alliances which supply us with hard earned clean ISK and PLEX. And we do farm ourselves as well manually with our null sec and wormhole large corporations. So we do missions, gank people and pirates, mine asteroid belts, trading in the main trade hubs (Jita, Amarr, Rens, Dodixie). We do a little bit of everything on the game.

4. Do you buy ISK?



Answer:

Yes, if you do have clean ISK (didn't use credit card frauds, bots or hacked accounts), we will buy from you. See the "Sell ISK" section for the details.

5. I made an order on your website. How long do I have to wait to receive it?



Answer:

Try to deliver the good as soon as possible, usually between 10 to 30 minutes. Sometimes we may be out of stock, in which case it will take more time. Please, contact our live support before you place your order if you wish to make sure that we have ISK and PLEX stock ready for you.

6. How and where do you deliver my order?



Answer:

7. My character is too far from Jita. But I need the ISK and PLEX as soon as possible, what do I do?



Answer:

The fastest way is to create a caldari navy character, which will be 3 jumps away form Jita. If you can't or don't want to, then you have to travel to Jita.




Question:

8. I received less ISK than I order after selling the virtual goods (PLEX skill books). Why?



Answer:

First make sure you did sell all the items you received. The market price may have changed, so the rate went down a bit. We usually try to deliver a bit more than the ordered amount to avoid such issue. If the difference between ordered amount is large, there may have been a mistake (this should rarely happen), in that case contact us, so we can deliver the remaining amount.

9. Can you deposit ISK directly to my character's wallet?



Answer:

No, again we will not do this, for both our security.




Question:

10. Do you deliver ISK or PLEX to trial accounts?



Answer:

No, unfortunately, we cannot deliver to trial accounts for safety reasons. Please, only buy form us after having your account activated through the means listed on the official spaceship Online website.




Question:

11. Are there any requirements to pay with PayPal for my order?



Answer:

Yes, your PayPal account must be verified. Otherwise, you can use another payment option (MoneyBookers, Bitcoin).




Question:

11.1. How do I verify my PayPal account?



Answer:

1 - Login in your PayPal account. You should be able to see your account status on the overview page. 2 - Click the link "Unverified" to start verification. Paypal will charge a tiny amount of money from your card, and will add a 4-digit code in the payment notice. 3 - Call your bank operator, tell the operator about the payment for PayPal and ask for the code in the payment notice. Or access the card balance by internet-banking, and see the payment notice. 4 - Insert the 4-digit code into the verification field in your PayPal account to complete the verification process.




Question:

11.2. I cannot verify my PayPal account. What now?



Answer:

Contact us through our live-support and we'll issue a refund. You can choose use another payment option.




Question:

11.3. Why do I have to send confirmation message from my e-mail address associated with my PayPal/MoneyBookers account?



Answer:

This protects you and us from fraud attempts, by making sure that you were the person who authorized the payment with that account.




Question:

12. What is your refund policy? How do I cancel my order?



Answer:

After the ISK/PLEX is delivered, we do not give any refunds. However, if you didn't receive it yet, contact our live support, and you will get your refund as soon as possible (at least in 24h). We are not resposible if CCP confiscates your ISK or if you get ganked with the virtual goods in the ship's cargo. Those, are risk that both parties have to deal with when doing RMT.




Question:

13. Do I have to sign up on ISK vault to place orders?



Answer:

No, you can place orders without registration. However, if you do sign up, you'll have an accumulative discount, i.e. each ISK purchase you make will add a percetage to your discount rate.

14. Why do I have to provide my phone number in the order details?



Answer:

For security reasons. And in the case of a large ISK orders, we will call you to confirm the order.

15. What do you do with the information you collect about me?



Answer:
